How about a Gap Year at Sea on a ‘Tall Ship’!
Windseeker can organise individual programmes for those interested in combining their career path with a sailing trip, in collaboration with Gap Year Holland.

You can enter a year-long career advice program at Gap Year Holland, with a sailing trip within in this period. However, if you want to sail first and then follow the advice program, all options can be discussed. The Gap Year Holland program consists of information, testing and guidance on all fronts relating to your career.

On the ship, the coaching process will continue. In addition to understanding your abilities, interests and personality through testing and conversations before and after the trip, you learn everything to do with sailing on a ship. You get insight into yourself, your personal development and making further choices in your life. Being at sea and living together on board brings inspiration and makes this trip an unforgettable experience.

Vanaf september 2015 organiseert Windseeker in samenwerking met Gap Year Holland individuele programma’s voor loopbaanvraagstukken.

Zo kun je je loopbaantraject combineren met een zeilreis. Je kunt het gehele jaar instromen met het adviestraject bij Gap Year Holland met in het verlengde een zeilreis hoe lang je maar wilt. Ook is het geen probleem als je eerst wilt zeilen en daarna het advies programma volgt. Alles is te bespreken.

Het programma van Gap Year Holland bestaat uit testen, voorlichting, begeleiding op alle fronten en advies. Op het schip start het coaching traject of gaat het coaching traject door.

Naast inzicht in je capaciteiten, interesses en persoonlijkheid door middel van testen en gesprekken in het voor – en na traject, leer je op een schip alles wat te maken heeft met zeilen.

Je krijgt inzicht in jezelf, je persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het maken van verdere keuzes in je leven. Het op zee zijn en het samenleven aan boord brengt inspiratie en maakt deze reis tot een onvergetelijke ervaring.
