Sail from Germany to the Netherlands in this spring voyage of 5 days. Step on board in Hamburg for a trip along the Dutch coast, all the way to Scheveningen (also known as the beach of the Hague). Set the sails, man the helm, navigate and – if you’re feeling adventurous – climb the 30-metre masts Official language on board is German. In addition extra, per person € 50, – for harbor fees, pilotage and canal fees calculated. Surcharge for 2-bed cabin 25% p.p. For all Windseekers, minimum age 18 years.

Ports

Hamburg is the second-biggest city in Germany and a second-largest port in Europe. The port itself if a major tourist attraction, with its numerous canals, bridges and buildings from the past eras, as well as the naval museum Museumshafen Oevelgönne.
Hafengeburtstag is a funfair to honor the birthday of the port of Hamburg with a party and a ship parade. Take a walk in the Planten un Blomen Park with its different fascinating sections and cross the Elbe in an old tunnel underneath.

Scheveningen is a popular sea resort in the Netherlands, a stone’s throw away from the seat of government in The Hague. It has a busy marina and a lively (somewhat kitschy) promenade – great for an afternoon of sightseeing. You’ll also find plenty to do nearby. Go for a walk in the dune landscape or take a tour around the Palace of Peace. Visit Madurodam to see the Netherlands rebuilt in miniature, check out the city centre of The Hague, or explore the beach and perhaps even go kitesurfing.
