Join the Alexander von Humboldt for 10 days voyage in the Caribbean. You will start in Willemstad at Curacao. This nice island will have a lot of nice beaches where you can dive and snorkel and the city will have a lot of historic buildings from the old days. You will sail to Catagena in Colombia. On board you participate in the daily working of the ship alongside professional seamen, standing lookout, manning the helm, helping in the galley, hoisting sail and voluntarily have the chance to climb the rigging/mast. Language on board German and English. Open to all ages, minimum age 14 years.

Willemstad is the capital of Curaçao, a Caribbean island and a constituent country of the Netherlands. Famous for its beaches and clear-blue sea, Curaçao is a great place to enjoy watersports, from snorkelling, through kitesurfing to sailing, but the Kura Hulanda Museum is also a must-see with its rich collection of historical artifacts. If you're the adventurous type, visit the Hato Caves as well.

Cartagena is the fifth-largest city of Colombia and is located on the northern coast of the country.
The city has the biggest navy basic of the Caribbean. Around the city there are a lot of buildings of defence like the castle, city walls around the Old City and the fort of San Jose and San Fenando. In addition, there are a lot of colonial things to see and a lot of touristic activities.
