Oslo (NO) - Bergen (NO)

18 June - 21 June 2018

Midsummer Cruise in Norway. Discover the beauty of Norwegian coast from the board of a magnificent full-rigged Tall Ship. You will board the vessel in Oslo and, together with the crew, you will sail Christian Radich out of her homeport for the first summer voyage this season. Sail out of the beautiful Oslofjord and take course for Bergen. There you will likely meet two other Norwegian Tall Ships: Statsraad Lehmkuhl and Sorlandet. This short early summer journey is perfect for a first-timer, or anyone who wants to start the season with a beautiful voyage. You can book an additional night on board in Bergen for EUR 60, bed and breakfast only. Open for all ages, minimum age 15 years (age 12-15 years at request and accompanied by an adult).

Ports

Visit Oslo and experience its rich cultural life. The 1000-year-old Norwegian capital sits at the head of Oslo Fjord. This stunning setting gives hints of the wild wonders that lie just beyond the city. From taking in visual delights at Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Viking Ship Museum, the Munch Museum and Holmenkollen, to the new Nobel Peace Centre and the Holocoust Centre, Oslo offers plenty of food for thought. Did you know that Oslo is a forerunner on sustainability and environmental policy?

Bergen is the gateway to the Fjords of Norway and a well-established cruise port. It's an international city packed with history and tradition, a big city with small-town charm and atmosphere. Stroll around old streets and alleyways, and mingle with the crowds at the Fish Market. Saunter along the listed wooden buildings at Bryggen to the old fortress at Bergenhus, or call in at one of Bergen’s museums and galleries. The panoramic views of the city, the fjord and the ocean are breathtaking.
