Exploring the eastern Canary Islands. Board the Eendracht for a round-trip from Las Palmas. Meet the crew and trainees and set course for Lanzarote, with its famous volcanic landscape. Discover the Timanfaya National Park. Enjoy the exotic sights and wildlife, and the balmy weather. If the winds permit, you might also visit Tenerife to relax on the beach or climb the Teide. This journey is a perfect break from gray northern autumn and will help you charge your batteries for the upcoming winter. Open to Windseekers aged 15-80.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is a cosmopolitan town, the shared capital (with Santa Cruz) of the Canary Islands. Situated on the ‘wet’ north side, the city feels more authentic than the touristy places on the ‘dry’ south side. Las Palmas offers beaches, cheap shopping, culture and excitement with a night life, primarily in the district of Vegueta. Its culture is decidedly Spanish, mixed with influences from all over the world, as Las Palmas’ port has been in operation for centuries.

What does it mean?

In short: you do not pay the booking amount to Windseeker but instead into an escrow account. This trust account holds your payment in reserve until your journey’s end.
