Booking & Payments

Submitting your booking request does not yet create a binding agreement.

After your booking, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions.

A down payment is required within 7 days to confirm your place.

Your booking becomes binding once the down payment is received.

The remaining balance is due by the date specified on your invoice (typically 2 months before the start of the journey).

 

Cancellation Policy (Summary)

A € 25 administrative fee applies in all cases.

Cancellation fees range from 15% to 100% of the journey price, depending on timing:

After reservation: 15%
6–5 months before sailing: 20%
5–4 months before sailing: 30%
4–3 months before sailing: 40%
3–2 months before sailing: 50%
2 months–31 days before sailing: 75%
30 days or less: 100%

We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Withdrawal Right

The standard 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to this journey because it takes place on specific dates.

 

Insurance

Participants are required to have valid health and travel insurance for the duration of the journey.
