These unique journeys are open to young people (ages 15–25) of all nationalities.

Set sail on an unforgettable adventure where you’ll make new friends, explore different cultures, and share the best parts of your own traditions. These international youth exchanges will bring you together through hands-on learning, teamwork, and shared experiences at sea.

Is this your first sailing journey? Great choice! Our welcoming Windseeker mentors are there to make sure everyone feels right at home – no matter where you come from.

Take action for the planet while sailing the seas. Deploy the Manta Trawl to collect water samples, then analyse them for microplastics right on board. Learn about marine ecosystems from The Ocean Movement educator and keep an eye on the waves looking for dolphins and various seabirds. Head ashore to organise a beach cleanup and see firsthand what kinds of waste the ocean returns. Try your hand at making plastic-free cosmetics and explore how small lifestyle changes can have a big impact. Together with your fellow trainees, brainstorm real solutions for a more sustainable future – and take those ideas home with you.
