Rendez-Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta: Outport Programme. Board the Spirit of South Carolina in Halifax, Nova Scotia, for a short voyage to Louisburg. Join other Ships in celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Canadian Confederation. Expect a warm welcome in Louisburg. Perfect trip for people with limited vacation time and those who want to try out Sail Training in a short journey. The first 1.5 days you will get training at the ship in the dock before you will go to sea. Open to Windseekers of 15 years and older. IMPORTANT: Due to currency rates change, the price in EUR for this journey is approximate – the binding fee is in USD and it’s $500.

Ports

Halifax port is one of the largest fishing ports in the world and the largest Canadian naval base. You may visit several museums and art galleries and take part in one of many festivals. Take a stroll down Halifax Harbourwalk and sit down in one of the multiple cafes, restaurants and bars offering a wide variety of world cuisines - a testament to the city's multiculturality.
