Step on board the Eendracht this autumn for a sailing journey from Rotterdam to the historic Hanseatic city of Hamburg. Spend three days at sea, experiencing the freedom of life on the water before arriving in Hamburg, where you will have a day and a half to explore at your own pace. Wander through the Speicherstadt, visit the Elbphilharmonie, browse the bustling city center, discover the famous fish market, or relax with local specialties by the Elbe. The voyage ends with disembarkation at noon on October 23, leaving you free to return home or continue your travels.
Open to all Windseekers aged 12-80.

Ports

Rotterdam is the largest port of Europe, and a modern, bustling town. Much of the historic city centre was destroyed during World War II, but extensive rebuilding resulted in a modern, multicultural city with many architectural highlights. Rotterdam has excellent cultural facilities and a diverse nightlife; during the summer the city hosts a large number of events. Discover the city by bicycle or on foot – or take a train to the nearby Hague.

Hamburg is Germany’s second-largest city and home to Europe’s second-largest port, a major attraction with its canals, bridges, historic architecture, and the Museumshafen Oevelgönne. Highlights include the Miniatur Wunderland model railway, a walk through the tunnel beneath the Elbe, and the Speicherstadt district, while nature lovers can enjoy the zoo or the Planten un Blomen park.

This process is automatic and you do not need to do anything else. After receiving your booking, Windseeker will send you detailed information on how and when to pay for your journey – together with all the other important details.

 

What does it mean?

In short: you do not pay the booking amount to Windseeker but instead into an escrow account. This trust account holds your payment in reserve until your journey’s end.
