Scheveningen (NL) - Scheveningen (NL)

05 June - 11 June 2017

Shop & Sail London – The London Tour is the ideal combination of active sailing and visiting London, where you have plenty of time to explore the city. The ship moors close to the metro in London, which will take you in no time to the city center. Go boating on the Thames with views of the beautiful Tower Bridge, visiting Buckingham Palace or go shopping in Covent Garden. There is so much to do in this beautiful city! Of course it’s wortwhile to take a dive into the nightlife of London. Of course it depends on the wind when the ship will arrive in London but we can promise you that we will be at least 1.5 days in London so you have plenty of time to explore the city. Then we begin the journey again. The watch system goes back into operation as we sail towards the Dutch coast. Back in Scheveningen we say goodbye. Open for all Windseekers, minimum age 15 years.

Ports

Scheveningen is a popular sea resort in the Netherlands, a stone’s throw away from the seat of government in The Hague. It has a busy marina and a lively (somewhat kitschy) promenade – great for an afternoon of sightseeing. You’ll also find plenty to do nearby. Go for a walk in the dune landscape or take a tour around the Palace of Peace. Visit Madurodam to see the Netherlands rebuilt in miniature, check out the city centre of The Hague, or explore the beach and perhaps even go kitesurfing.
