Den Helder is a beautiful town in the Netherlands, situated at the very tip of the North Holland province, regularly hosting the Tall Ships events. Discover the town’s sea connections by visiting the Marinemuseum and Nationaal Reddingmuseum Dorus Rijkers. Take a break and go for a walk in the botanical gardens Oranjerie De Groene Parel Den Helder or admire sea life in the Fort Kijkduin Museum and Aquarium.

Calais is the largest city in Pas-de-Calais and the Port of Calais is the fourth largest in France. Calais overlooks the Strait of Dover, which is the narrowest part of the English canal, and on a clear day you can easily see the White Cliffs of Dover from the Calais shore! Visit art galleries, relax at the Calais Beach, see the famous lighthouse and take a walk inside the Fort Risban walls. Calais also has many beautiful historical monuments, such as Eglise Notre-Dame.

Le Havre is a large north French maritime commercial and passenger port established in the early XVI century. The city in on the UNESCO World Heritage Site for its historical buildings and is considered a birthplace of impressionism. Walk in the steps of Monet and discover the places you know from modern art. Take a hiking tour, visit one of the nearby castles (chateau), the Graville abbey, see the hanging gardens or take a walk in one of the many city parks.
