* FULLY BOOKED * Practical Square Rig Seamanship Sail Training Course in cooperation with Enkhuizen Nautical College. This is a voyage like no others! The non-stop, ocean-crossing journey from the Azores to London will be filled with intense Sail Training program. You will make 1600 nautical miles while working in a watch system with your fellow trainees. You will also spend around 2 hours each day learning theory, including navigation, meteorology and history & theory of square rig sailing. The overall program will be concluded with a ceremony and presentation of a certificate of attendance. Open for all ages, minimum age 15 years. Join the previous trip from Miami to Horta for a full Atlantic Crossing and 15% off of the whole Miami-London passage.

Ports

Horta is situated in the western part of the Archipelago of the Azores on the island of Faial. The marina is a primary stop for yachts crossing the Atlantic. Its walls and walkways are covered in paintings created by the crews of visiting ships. Peter's Cafe Sport, located across from the marina, houses the island's scrimshaw museum. A collection of artefacts carved from whale tooth and jawbone. This café is a point of reference for trans-Atlantic yachtsmen and sailors.

London is a centre for business, finance, the arts and tourism. As such, the city has something to offer for everyone. But visiting London by ship makes the experience extra special. Go see a play in West End, explore Soho, or take a tourist bus for a sightseeing ride. Go to Hyde Park, close to Buckingham Palace, if the city bustle is a bit much after an ocean voyage. And work on your cultural karma by visiting a few of the many museums. London is so big you’ll need to revisit to see it all!
