Kingston (CA) - Kingston (CA)

07 August - 13 August 2017

Join the Playfair in Kingston, Ontario – a freshwater sailing capital of Canada! After getting to know the Ship a little you will set the sails and go on to explore the Lake Ontario. You will have a few stopovers in charming little towns on the shores of the lake, before sailing back to Kingston. A journey of 6 days, perfect for novice and experienced sailors alike. Open to young Windseekers aged 13-18 only.

Ports

Kingston is a city located on the eastern end of Lake Ontario. The city has a long military history, the evidence of which is easily visible. Take a walk and visit Fort Henry, an old fortress that was first built in 1813 and later rebuilt in 1836. They have a sunset ceremony you must see. Also visit the beautiful Sydenham Street United Church built in 1856.
