Dragor is a maritime city founded in the 12th century as a fishing town. In the 13th century it became part of the Hanseatic League. To this day lots of attractions are connected to the sea, such as the Seafaring Museum. Dragor is located 15 kilometers outside of Copehnagen, making it a great place for day trips, and easy to reach.
Programme Outline
In this Biking & Sailing trip you will have the chance to actively spend your time with your fellow trainees. The below is a planned itinerary, but keep in mind that the exact route may change depending on the weather and wind conditions! Day 1: Copenhagen / Dragör Embarkation is from 18:00. Your Ship will wait in Dragör, about 15 km south of Copenhagen. After the embarkation you can take a walk through the harbor or a small bike ride around Dragör.
Day 2: From Dragör harbor you will along Route 152 in the direction of Helsingör. You will make approx. 58 km, mostly along bike paths. Day 3: By ferry or with your sailing ship you will cross over to Helsingborg in Sweden. From Helsingborg Harbor a nice trip can take you to Nimis where you can admire driftwood art by an artist Lars Vilks. Bike ride about 35 km.
