Rendez- Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta – Cruise in Company part 1: Pugwash – Quebec. Join this special voyage of 15 days of sailing and a total of 4 days in port. You will start in the port of Pugwash and will sail to Quebec. Nature will be beautiful over there and if you’re lucky you might even see whales. On board you participate in the daily working of the ship alongside professional seamen, standing lookout, manning the helm, helping in the galley, hoisting sail and voluntarily have the chance to climb the rigging/mast. Open to all Windseekers, minimum age 15 years.

Ports

Pugwash is a small fishing village in Nova Scotia, Canada at the banks of the Pugawash River. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the majestic Canadian nature, going for hikes and walks in the nearby parks like the Wallace Bay National Wildlife Area. If you like history you should definitely visit the Thinkers’ Lodge National Historic Site. Go to the farmer’s market and enjoy the atmosphere of an authentic Canadian village.

Quebec is the oldest port in Canada with the Old Quebec district declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you’re a nature lover, you cannot miss the Montmorency Falls, and if you prefer art, the National Museum of Fine Arts of Quebec is the place to go. Visit the aquarium for the unique exprience of witnessing polar bears from underwater and take a stroll through the Old Quebec, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
