DARWIN200 Global Voyage: Leg 26. Cross the Tasman Sea on a Tall Ship. Sail from Hobart to Christchurch to achieve one of the world’s great sailing adventures. During the transit, look out for whales and albatrosses. As New Zealand rises on the horizon, marvel at the beautiful coast line and land in one of the country’s most vibrant cities. Ashore, enjoy wine tasting trip and world-famous cuisine in boutique restaurants. IMPORTANT: In order to join this journey you must send a proof of vaccination 48h prior to the embarkation. If the situation gives cause to do so, the crew can ask you to take a Sars-Cov-2 Antigen rapid test when you come on board. All Oosterschelde crew members are vaccinated.

Hobart is the capital city of the Australian island of Tasmania. Once there don't miss the spectacular views from Mount Wellington! Spend the day with exotic animals of the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary or among the plants in the botanical garden. If you're an art-lover the Museum of Old and New Art is a must-see. Follow the exciting day with a seafood dinner on the pier.
