Join the Santa Maria Manuela and her crew for the experience of a lifetime, during the second leg of the Tall Ships Races 2015. Journey from Kristiansand to Aalborg and make new friends with trainees from all over the world as you sail the Ship as fast as you can. Set your course over Skagerrak and experience the adventure of the biggest sail race of the year. Learn the ropes, cross the finish line and enjoy a Journey you will never forget! In Aalborg you will be welcomed with an epic crew party, where you will meet the trainees of other ships. Open to Windseekers age 15 – 25 (25+ at request) Extra pre-night possible in Kristiansand and afternight(s) in Aalborg: 50/60 EUR p.p.p.n.

Ports

Kristiansand is the business and cultural capital of southern Norway. The sea and surrounding fjords are perfect for recreational activities like fishing and sailing, and the nearby inland and mountains are ideal for skiing and hiking. In the more urban areas you will find a rich variety of cafes, restaurants, art galleries and museums.

The final leg of the Tall Ships Races 2015 will finish in the grand port of Aalborg. Aalborg has had a love affair with The Tall Ships Races since 1999, when the city hosted the event for the first time. Aalborg is situated at the Liim Fiord where it was founded by Vikings over 1000 years ago. Today Aalborg is a modern city with visible historic roots. Its theatres, symphony orchestra, performance venues, and museums, make Aalborg a great place to wind down after an exhilarating Sail adventure.
