Join the Statsraad Lehmkuhl for this special Shantyvoyage! After the ship joined the Tall Ships Races 2016 you will come on board during Sail A Coruña and you will step on to sail towards Dublin on a singing vessel! In this cruise you will get an introduction to pride shanty traditions: “A singing ship is a happy ship.” Dublin is a city that has much to offer, experience the Irish folk soul with music and high spirits! Open to all ages, minimum age 14 years.

Ports

A Coruña is a port town in the north west of Spain. Here you will find the Tower of Hercules, a lighthouse that has been in operation for 1.800 years! The town itself is an affluent commercial and tourism hub, with plenty of things to see and do. Visit the popular beaches, explore the city centre, or sample some of the many cultural activities. The Aquarium Finisterrae lets you explore the marine life of the region. But if you prefer your fish on a plate, A Coruña’s restaurants can help you out.

Dublin is the capital and largest city of Ireland. It is located on the east coast, at the mouth of the River Liffey. Founded as a Viking settlement, the Kingdom of Dublin became Ireland's principal city. The city has many landmarks and monuments dating back hundreds of years that you can visit. Walk through one of the many parks Dublin offers; it has more green spaces per square kilometer than any other European capital city. Try a Guiness in an Irish pub, brewed in Dublin since 1759. Cheers!
