Twister:
Martinique (MQ) - Saint Martin (MF)

15 March - 27 March 2025

Over the Caribbean Sea to Saint Martin. Your journey begins in Martinique, called The Island of Flowers. Raise the sails and set course for Dominica, an island paradise and a well-known eco-tourism destination. Stretch your sea legs hiking in a lush rainforest before sailing northwards to Guadeloupe – a group of larger and smaller islands, some of them uninhabited, but home to thousands of iguanas. Then it’s time for some serious sailing, with longer legs. Enjoy the magical nights at sea, followed by spectacular sunrises. Explore more beautiful islands along the way: Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Kitts and Nevis or Saint Barthélemy; before reaching your destination in the French/Dutch island of Saint Martin.
Open to all Windseekers, trainees younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult (please note that this is not a youth voyage and we expect a big variety of ages on board). Meals on board are vegetarian, but you can indicate if you would like to have the occasional fish or meat dish on the menu.

Ports

Martinique is an island on the Eastern Caribbean Sea and an overseas territory of France. With its white sandy beaches, clear blue water and green hills it is the picture of a tropical paradise. Enjoy the unique culture of the island with its Creole and French influences and the multicultural cuisine. Visit the Paul Gauguin Interpretation Centre, dedicated to the artist's brief but fruitful stay on the island. Participate in watersports or take a hike through the tropical forest.

Saint Martin is a Caribbean island, divided into a Dutch part and a French part. Its warm climate will help you adjust to the pace of life on the island, but if you want to do more than sip piña coladas, you'll find plenty to do. Visit the old fort St. Louis, overlooking Marigot bay, the French Quarter (Orleans), and Paradise Peak. Or stand at Princess Juliana Airport where you can nearly touch the planes as they fly over you. Discover the beautiful beaches of Simpson Bay and swim in the ocean.
