Homeward bound. After many weeks at sea, visiting faraway places and discovering the Canary Islands throughly, the Twister makes her way back to the Netherlands. Join the ship for an exciting passage, sailing on the Atlantic from Tenerife, up the coast of Europe, to Amsterdam. This journey of three weeks comes with a lot of sailing experience so if you want to learn about sailing a ship like Twister, log in some nautical miles / hours, this is the trip for you. In short: you will definitely get your sea legs! Open to Windseekers aged 15 and more, younger than 15 only accompanied by a parent/guardian. 25% discount for trainees younger than 14 if sharing the cabin with a guardian.

Ports

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, and a popular tourist destination. One of the largest Carnival festivals is hosted here, and for tourists there is a lot to see and do. But the island is large enough to escape mass tourism, so let its natural beauty seduce you to a hike or a drive around the island. You'll find mountains to climb, cliffs overlooking bays, and ravines. The 'Island of eternal spring' is just what you need if you arrive fresh from your Journey!

With more bicycles than people, cycling is an integral part of Amsterdam's DNA. Hop on and see the city like the locals do! Winding waterways, idyllic bridges and historic buildings - one of the most memorable ways to truly see Amsterdam is from the canals. Amsterdam has a full cultural agenda showcasing the very best festivals, nightlife, exhibitions & events, plus there is enough practical tourist info, hotel, museum, excursion & attraction listings, you won't miss a thing!
