*Trainee placement: only 2 places available* Sailing in the Canary Islands. Explore the famous archipelago in a unique way: from the board of a classic sailing ship. Step on board in Tenerife and sail wherever the wind takes you. You will spend the days sailing actively, together with Twister’s experienced crew, while during the nights you will anchor or moor on the islands. Enjoy the famously good weather, take in the wildlife (perhaps you will even spot some whales?), admire the variety of landscapes between the different islands. Enjoy the short break from daily life and go back home full of new energy and amazing memories! Open to Windseekers aged 17-30 (other ages at request).

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, and a popular tourist destination. One of the largest Carnival festivals is hosted here, and for tourists there is a lot to see and do. But the island is large enough to escape mass tourism, so let its natural beauty seduce you to a hike or a drive around the island. You’ll find mountains to climb, cliffs overlooking bays, and ravines. The ‘Island of eternal spring’ is just what you need if you arrive fresh from your Journey!
