Make your way through the Torres Strait, a narrow passage between Papua New Guinea and Australia. This strategic waterway is known for its unique blend of cultures, and as you sail through, you’ll have the chance to experience the maritime heritage of the region. As you approach the shores of Australia, the skyline of Sydney comes into view. The iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge welcome you to this cosmopolitan city. Throughout this extraordinary journey, you’ll witness diverse landscapes, experience the camaraderie of the crew, and savor the thrill of sailing through unique maritime passages.

Sorong is an Indonesian city on the island of New Guinea. Filled with different cultures and surrounded by beautiful national parks, this vibrant city is a popular tourist destination for those who like to explore new places, like the stunningly beautiful Raja Ampat Islands.

Sydney is the largest city of Australia, with over 5 million inhabitants. Located on the Pacific Ocean coast, and has over 70 beaches, and several national parks. Explore the stunning harbour, with its famous Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Visit the famous Bondi Beach, the aquarium, or one of the multiple museums. You can also go on a 10 km hike of the Manly Scenic Walkway, or take a trip outside the city to the Blue Mountains or a wildlife park. It's simply impossible to be bored here!

This process is automatic and you do not need to do anything else. After receiving your booking, Windseeker will send you detailed information on how and when to pay for your journey – together with all the other important details.

 

What does it mean?

In short: you do not pay the booking amount to Windseeker but instead into an escrow account. This trust account holds your payment in reserve until your journey’s end. The booking amount is then released to Windseeker on the day after your trip ends. If Windseeker or the Ship should become financially insolvent before the end of your trip, STO Garant will implement the guarantee.
