Tecla:
Puerto Williams (CL) - Antarctica (AQ) - Port Stanley, Falklands (FK)

22 December 2026 - 30 January 2027

Antarctica and South Georgia combined in one Tecla voyage. Embark on an unforgettable Antarctic adventure from the southernmost town of Puerto Williams, Chile. Leave the rugged coast behind and sail into the remote southern waters, guided by wind, currents, and the thrill of exploration. The first part of the journey takes you across the Drake Passage before you reach the Antarctic Peninsula, welcomed by the dramatic icebergs and pristine glaciers. Depending on the conditions, you’ll explore bays and coves, walking among penguin colonies and marveling at the sheer scale of the Antarctic wilderness. Continuing eastward, you’ll navigate towards South Georgia, home to towering cliffs and some of the densest colonies of penguins in the world. Finally, you set course for the Falkland Islands, where you can reflect on the vast distances crossed over this spectacular 40-day expedition.
Open for all Windseekers, minimum age 15 years.

Ports

Puerto Williams is a city in southern Chile, located on the Beagle Channel. The location makes it a perfect starting point for visits to Antarctica and Cape Horn. If you’re ready for more adventures after your journey, you can go on a hike in the nearby mountains. For a more relaxed time, visit Martin Gusinde Anthropological Museum, known as the southernmost museum in the world! There you can learn about local history (dating back 10,000 years!) as well as the natural environment.
