Oosterschelde:
Cuba (CU) - Savannah (US)

27 April - 05 May 2017

Cuba-Savannah, Sail training voyage. This is a non-stop sailing voyage focussed on sail training. Sail a three-masted schooner from exotic Cuba to Savannah, US. Open to all ages, minimum age 15 years.

Ports

Santiago is a big and festive city in Cuba and its most important fishing port. Cuban music is deeply rooted in Santiago and is the result of the fusion of African drumming and Spanish guitar. Stroll through the streets of the historical center and savoring the fresh breeze, until you arrive at the famous building La Casa de la Trova. Visit the Revolution Plaza with its monumental statues and don’t forget the Diego Velazquez Museum.

Savannah is the oldest city in the state of Georgia, US. There’s history on every corner, from the beautiful Bonaventure Cemetery, through Cathedral of St. John the Baptist to the Telfair Museums. Not into history? That’s fine, you can take a day to relax on Tybee Island Beach or take a stroll through the Oatland Island Wildlife Center.
