Ports

Wismar is a harbor on the Baltic Sea with a huge market square, lined with 14th century buildings. Wismar is a popular sailing destination, so expect to find loads of ‘yachties’ here. Go and discover the town on foot and enjoy the vibe of the old harbor. The Nicolaikirche and Kirche of St. Georgen both come highly recommended. Nearby you’ll find rural areas that can be fun to explore. And In the Baltic area a good beach is never far away, so go for a swim or find a place for windsurfing.

Warnemünde is a seaside resort and a district of the German harbour city Rostock. Located on the Baltic Sea, Warnemünde boasts a sandy beach. The district is known for its yearly events Warnemünder Woche and Hanze Sail. There is plenty to see and do in Warnemünde, and subways connect the beach town to the more urban Rostock. Dwell through the small alleys behind the Alter Strom, check out the lively music scene, or go for a hike along the coast. The lighthouse offers a great point of reference.
