Information for Dutch youth only – Speciale reis voor Nederlandse jongeren 15-25 jaar die aan de fondswerftraining van Sail den Helder 2017 meedoen. Je zeilt aan boord van de Morgenster van (Sail) den Helder naar (Sail) Halmstad. Je vetrekt op 25 juni in de morgen met alle schepen voor de Parade-of-Sail en vaart de Noordzee op. Aan boord help je met het zetten van de zeilen, aan het roer staan en voor wie het leuk is mag je ook in de mast klimmen! In Halmstad doe je mee aan de activiteiten. Den Helder is a beautiful town in the Netherlands, situated at the very tip of the North Holland province, regularly hosting the Tall Ships events. Discover the town’s sea connections by visiting the Marinemuseum and Nationaal Reddingmuseum Dorus Rijkers. Take a break and go for a walk in the botanical gardens Oranjerie De Groene Parel Den Helder or admire sea life in the Fort Kijkduin Museum and Aquarium.

Stavanger is a vibrant modern port with a charming historic district. Its picturesque old harbour offers a lively atmosphere right in the heart of the city. Stavanger boasts a rich cultural scene and is the perfect gateway to some of Norway’s most stunning natural landscapes. Don’t forget your hiking boots – the surrounding mountains promise unforgettable views. Discover the dramatic Lysefjord, hike to the famous Preikestolen and Kjerag cliffs, or unwind on the sandy beaches of Jæren.
