Oosterschelde:
Stanley (FK) - Tristan da Cunha (GB) - Cape Town (ZA)

25 February - 06 April 2025

DARWIN200 Global Voyage: Leg 28. Sail from Falkland Islands to South Georgia, home to one of the world’s greatest concentrations of wildlife: tens of millions of seabirds, penguins, fur seals, elephant seals and whales. Six days are scheduled for exploring ashore along South Georgia’s northern coast. Visit key whaling stations and wildlife hotspots, then sail on to Tristan, the most remote inhabited island on Earth. The final leg of this journey will take you to Cape Town in South Africa to complete this great Atlantic expedition.
There is no more Covid-19 protocol on board, but the participants must make sure that they comply with the rules of the countries visited during the Journeys.

Ports

Cape Town, close to Cape of Good Hope, is a wonderful place where African and European cultures mix and match in interesting ways. The city offers lots of entertainment and fine cuisine, and there is much to see! Visit the Table Mountain, saunter along the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, check out Robben Island where Nelson Mandela used to be imprisoned, and of course no Windseeker's visit is complete without a trip to Cape Point. If you have time, a drive along the coast is highly recommended!
