Discover Scotland’s coastal distilleries, enjoy the company of fellow whisky aficionados and meet whisky professionals! See Scotland and the isles from a different perspective and make the whisky trip of a lifetime. Especially for this whisky sail there will be a well-stocked whiskybar on board. The sailing trip is escorted by an experienced whisky guide/expert. The sailing trips start and end in Scotland, in the harbour of Troon. Invergordon is a town and port in the Highland of Scotland.For years a typical industrial town. Known for the repair of oil rigs and as a place for aluminium smelters. Nowadays the port is visited by cruise liners each year. The town is popular because of the whisky distillery by Whyte and Mackay. Besides that, Invergordon has beautiful murals, which tell stories about the local community and the area. In total the town is adorned with a series of 17 murals. They are all worth going to see.
