From the Med to Portugal. Spend 10 days on board the Morgenster, sailing the stunning Dutch Tall Ship in the south of Europe. Step on board in Valencia, on the south-east coast of Spain and sail west to explore Gibraltar before you leave the Med behind. Once you reach the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, you will most likely make a stop somewhere in Spain or Portugal, on your way to Lisbon. You can also join a combination voyage and sail all the way from Valencia to Oostende in a 24-day adventure. Open to all Windseekers over 15 years old.
Lisbon has a long and varied history as a major trading hub, much of which is still visible in the old city centre. Discover Alfama, the old quarters with its many old alleys, steps and the Lisbon Cathedral. The famous tram line 28 will get you there – an experience in and of itself. And be sure to check out a fado concert if you want to learn about saudade – loss, yearning and comfort, all rolled into one. Emotions that all seafarers will get to know one way or the other…

STO Garant
This Journey is covered by the STO Garant guarantee. You can find the conditions for this guarantee scheme on STO Garant’s website (www.sto-garant.nl/en/downloads).
This process is automatic and you do not need to do anything else. After receiving your booking, Windseeker will send you detailed information on how and when to pay for your journey – together with all the other important details.
What does it mean?
In short: you do not pay the booking amount to Windseeker but instead into an escrow account. This trust account holds your payment in reserve until your journey’s end. The booking amount is then released to Windseeker on the day after your trip ends. If Windseeker or the Ship should become financially insolvent before the end of your trip, STO Garant will implement the guarantee.
