DARWIN200 Global Voyage: Leg 7. Sail from Uruguay to Argentina. From wine-tasting in the best Argentine bodegas to tangoing through the night. Visit a traditional estancia (horse ranch) in the pampa outside the city, and savour some of the beast beef steaks in the world. This voyage leg is perfect for those wanting to visit one of South America’s most exciting countries.
There is no more Covid-19 protocol on board, but the participants must make sure that they comply with the rules of the countries visited during the Journeys.

Ports

Punta del Este is a city in southeastern Uruguay, popular among the tourists for its many attractions. Climb the beautiful, 45-metre high lighthouse for amazing views, see La Mano de Punta del Este, famous sculpture which is a symbol of town and enjoy watersports on the scenic beaches. If you're lucky, you may even spot a southern right whale!
